the screen resolution went a bit mental. The results are flatter colours and, more annoyingly, a double menu bar.
the menu bar is now visible both at the top of the screen and also at the bottom below the dock.
if i point the mouse at the very top of the screen it is also visible at the bottom (see attached image)
I can't seem to fix this. very occasionally a PRAM Zap cures it but not this time.
