Screen Saver problem

I have over 300 photos that I have from a recent vacation. I imported them into my iMac, created a folder for them, and configured my computer to be used after 5 minutes of inactivity, as my Screen Saver. But instead of my photos, the computer brings up the default National Geographic photos as the Screen Saver. Why?
Any suggestions?
