iPad Screen sensitivity issues on edges of Ipad Air 2

Has anyone else noticed that sometimes when you touch the lower edges of the Ipad Air 2 that the touches don't register? It is extremely annoying to me. I have restored twice now and it only works after a restart and then only for a minute or two and then the bottom is insensitive. Never had this issue on the Ipad 3.

Haven't experienced this problem.
