Screen settings?

I had my MBP hooked up to my TV to use it as a monitor but now I've forgotten what settings the screen were at and I can't seem to get it back to normal resolution! Can someone please help?

Click detect displays just to make sure it has "seen" your built in display correctly since you disconnected your TV, then the maximum resolution available should be the native res of the display.
