Hi, I've got a Mac Pro (3.2 GHz quad-core with 16GB running 10.7.4) which has some strange multi-user behavior. When I connect to my user remotely (using Lion's built-in VNC screen sharing), the person using the computer (under a different username) can't seem to watch videos. Hulu, Netflix, even Skype video all seem to freeze up -- although the Mac Pro is still running perfectly fast. Even stranger, the videos will play, as long as he is dragging the window around the screen. It's just that if he stops moving the window around, the playback freezes. (Audio continues.)

Obviously running more than one user at once is intense, but Activity Monitor (and top commands) show that the system isn't particularly taxed. Anybody have any ideas why screen sharing would cause video playback to get weird?

Thanks for your help,
Jeff
