*Did an A&I install of 10.5 Monday afternoon. Intel is a 2.33Ghz 15"MBP, 3GB RAM, 160GB HD. PBG4 is 1.67Ghz 15" Al, 1GB RAM, 80GB HD, also on 10.5.
I'm trying to share screens between the two machines. Screen sharing turned on for both machines. I can share the PB on the Intel, but not the other way around. Is this a hardware issue?
Using the Intel as host and sharing PB screen works normally...after being asked to enter a username and password.
When I try to share the Intel screen on the PB screen, first I have to connect as guest, and then when I click "share screen" I get a message saying it's trying to contact the Intel machine...and then appears to freeze with the progress bar animation going on and on for a good twenty minutes. On both machines, the Intel machine shows up twice whereas the PBG4 only shows up intermittenly.
I have a TM backup in progress, and one of 10.4.10 which I hope to not need, and I'd rather not reinstall unless there are no other options. What should I try first?
