Screen Sharing doesn't work...

I used to connect to my iMac and it worked great (using screen sharing) but since a few days, it showed the message that is in the picture... Both computers are connected to the same WIFI and the preferences look ok on both computers... How can i fix this?? Help!

Need more info. Are both machines running Leopard or greater? Do you have Screen Sharing checked in the preferences in both? What machines are you connecting? Same network?
