Screen Sharing From Outside LAN

Is it possible to use Leopard's screen sharing functionality (not the one from iChat) with another Mac outside my LAN (on another country in fact)?

If not, can anyone recommend a VNC server that's easy to install?

I use logmein.com for all my remote screen sharing when I'm at work, their free service is all anyone needs.
