You could always try iResQ. In my mind, one of the best sites for iPhone repairs. You will also be able to choose the colour of the screen.

Well you could look into a white conversion, I think they run around that $200 price range anyway. Going that route you would pretty much have no warranty though. If you value that you should likely stick with the black one, I rather doubt they will swap to white for you. Ask though, maybe they will as you are paying anyway?

I'm sorry, I guess I just don't get what the big deal is about a white iPhone (and everyone's entitled to their own, so it's all good), but lots of sites out there where you can change both front and back plates to white.
