Not directly. You could install a VNC-Server(veency) on your iPt and connect to it from your desktop. Then you can use any screncapture software you like.

You can get it through cydia. You'd have to jailbreak first.

You don't need to install anything. Hold the Home button, then click on the Power button and it'll save a screenshot into your Photos app
