Was at the local Apple Store yesterday to check out the New 15-inch PowerBooks before putting in an order.. Have learned from my Nano experience to check out the product before ordering.. Anyway, the one thing that I did not check on the New PowerBooks was the Energy Saver settings that have been talked about.. In the previous model, when you highlighted the battery icon located in the Menu Bar, you would get an option to have Longer Battery Life, Normal Life or Higher Performance.. Does this option exist on the New PowerBooks or has that gone away.. Can anyone with a New PowerBook provide screenshots showing the pulldown menu from the battery icon.. Thanks..:)  :D

I haven't seen it or heard about it, but I can't imagine apple changing software for only the new powerbooks. I think the change is only hardware, making the battery last longer.
