Will the new Mac Mini run a 27" Screen?

It's my very first Mac so I know nothing about it,,,yet!

Also,will it matter which one I get?

Yes.

No. As long as you can connect to it, any display will work.

What kind of lag will there be when playing a game on a Mac 27" Thunderbolt display using the built in Intel graphics?

I have a late 2009 Mac Mini running a 22" monitor (DVI) and I have lag just on Facebook games. I just don't think that the Mac Mini on a 27" will be that much of an improvement. I'm probably just going with the new iMac when it comes out.
