I have mid-2012 Retina MacBook Pro and the screen has started to have some issues. First I have a white spot in the screen that is the size of a pinhole. The thing is, I can feel it with my finger nail. I had this happen to my last screen and it was replaced under warranty under the status that it was a "dead pixel". I know it wasn't one because you cannot feel a dead pixel with you nail. Now I have a two spots that are larger that you cannot feel. They are only visible on dark or black screen, and you can see green lines running through them. I don't know what to do because I was told Apple charges something like $550 to replace the screen. I am not spending that on a computer I already spent $2200 on just 2 years ago. Attached are pictures. Anyone else having issues like this?
