T5BRICK macrumors G3 Aug 3, 2006 8,315 2,410 Oregon Apr 20, 2014 #3 The first iPhone 5s I purchased made a slight click sound when the phone was warm and I pressed and let go near the "q" key. Apple ended up replacing it for constant crashes and the replacement didn't have the issue.

I figured it was uncured adhesive of some type.
