Screen Span using XP via Bootcamp ??

I have a Macbook and an external 17" LCD monitor which works well with everything other than XP.

When I plug in my monitor the screen fills only the same amount of space as my 13" screen takes up so I am left with black to and bottom space on my 17" monitor that I can't use.

Anyone here have information how I can use my 17" external monitor properly from within XP on my MB?

In the screen properties in XP you can set resolutions for your two screens separately.

1. Right-click on the desktop in Windows and select Properties
2. Go to the Settings tab
3. Select the monitor you want to adjust
4. Change its "Screen resolution" to the desired value
