My screen is white and had two black dots on it. also, I was able to guess where the button was to answer a call when it rang, but they could not hear me although I was able to hear them. Please help .. what is going on with my iphone.

Sounds like your screen got damaged somehow. And your microphone might be damaged too could be a reason why they cant hear you.
