Screen spotlights not fixed?

I thought the screen spotlight problem was fixed a while ago. At least I have not experienced it since my early days with my new MacBook Pro.

Model:
MacBook Pro (current) 2.4ghz.

One question: How do I reset my screen again (the shortcut way)?

I'm so glad I found this thread in google, I went into an Apple store today and spoke about this problem but was unable to 're-create' it so Now i've done some research I might be able to see what he says!


How does this problem occur?
