I got ********d yesterday, drinking that cheap "Cristal" Ecuador liquor. Then FInlandia Wodka... When i cam back from the Club. My iPhone looked like this... What is going on?

ps I am still a bit hungover...

Looks like a pressure crack.

Being ********d and having an iPhone doesn't go well together.

I swap a SIM into a junker when I go get my drink on. Learn from this: Drunk you doesn't care about your iPhone.

Whacked

If it was in your pocket, and the screen was facing out, you probably whacked it against something like a table edge or wall. I always make it a point to keep my iphone screen facing towards me when it's in my pocket.

One more thing

You might want to check into some kind of alcohol addiction thing too, by the way. Drinking in moderation is one thing, but when people feel the need to get "****-faced", they usually have a problem.

I didnt feel the need to get "****-faced", but i got "****-faced" anyway, it happens like 2 times a year, its no big deal.

Just a shame of the screen...

Damn, I was hoping for an epic thread about your iphone being drunk.

Anyways, you got drunk. You did something stupid. Now your phone is broken. Any questions?

Yea looks like you hit it off something sharp, is it like that for all apps/other screens?

Not really... if someone has had a hard week and they just want to go out and have a good night with friends, doesn't really make them an alcoholic.

Smart! I might just use that idea...

Are we SURE that's a pressure crack? That looks more like some kind of graphics glitch to me. What does it look like when you rotate the iPhone in the other direction?

Either way, the fact that it happened after getting drunk doesn't bode well.

Its not a crack in the screen, rather the pixels on the LCD/digitizer are broken.

Similar thing happened to my 1st gen phone after I accidentally threw it at a wall. Works fine but those pixels are dead.

Or they're young and enjoy having a good time. I don't see the point in drinking if not to get drunk and be stupid. What do you get out of one drink of alcohol? If you like the taste you might as well just drink non-alcoholic drinks. It's not like there is anything to gain from one drink. If you're doing it to "take off the edge" maybe you need to look into some other form of stress prevention. When people need to drink to make social gatherings more fun, or to lighten stress, they usually have a problem.

:) See I can do it too.

Lolwat?

dead pixels from pressure to the LCD. And they will get worse. best to have apple replace your screen if you're willing to spend the cash.

You must be the world's greatest doctor since you can make such accurate diagnosis's from your computer.

You've obviously never been to college then :D

Yep its in all apps all screens and is only visible when the phone is on... I it looks like the lines are getting longer.

Yeah what up with that, I just went out with friends had a few too much, I dont touch alcohol for months sometimes..

I dont think I am an alcoholic for being drunk every now and then... :D

Jut had a great steak and it more or less sorted me out...

How do you accidently throw your phone at the wall?

oh calm down, Judgey McJudgerson... what, are you shilling for a rehab center.

the vast, vast, vast majority of people who are drunk RIGHT NOW don't have an "alcohol addiction" ... and they are probably in college, but that's neither here nor there.

seriously, that's just being ridiculously uptight without having any information at all.
