iPhone Screen Time Family Issue

Since updating to iOS 13.1.3 I am unable to see or control my families screen time.
I cannot see them at all in screen time in settings. If I go to iCloud-family sharing-screen time the page is blank.
many suggestions?

I have the same issue. Since yesterday running iOS 13.2.2. no screentime controls, family sharing is Blank.

On my iPad, iPadOS 13.2.2 the Control for the family members is shown.

Any updates on this?
