Screen time has gone nuts!

i have an iPad and iPhone.

ipad is called Paul’s iPad
iPhone is called Paul’s iPhone.

Screen time is set to share across both devices.

How we screen time lists 3 devices.

Paul’s iPad
Paul’s iPhone
iPhone


For some reason Paul’s iPhone which is actually called that in settings is not used by screen time. The data for Paul’s iPhone is blank. Instead it uses iPhone.

It’s the same on my iPad. 3 devices. Paul’s iPhone is not used and iPhone is.

I’ve turned off screen time on both devices and turned it back on and the same 3 devices appear.

Is there any way to clear all the data completely and start again?
