I'm having a problem, where if I enable Screen Time on three different devices, one of those devices won't show another of the devices in the device filter list.

I had an iPad and iPhone on iOS 14.4.2 and recently got a MacBook Air. Prior to this the Screen Time device filter on my iPad and iPhone would show both devices. I noticed after setting up my Mac that my iPad wouldn't show my iPhone in the Screen Time device filter list. It would only show itself and my Mac. This despite showing the iPhone's activity. All the other devices showed all three devices.

I decided to try a few things including restarting and disabling screen time on my iPad, but that made no difference. Finally I turned off screen time on all three devices and then restart them all and enabled Screen Time again. After awhile I checked and the same thing happened. The iPad was missing the iPhone.

I tried this again, this time enabling the Mac, then iPad, then iPhone in that order. After this, the iPad was missing from the iPhone's Screen Time list.

I tried a third time and this time enabled the Mac last. Now the Mac isn't showing the iPhone in the device list, though it is showing it's activity.

Basically one of the three devices is always missing one of the other devices from the Screen Time filter list. I have no idea why this is or how to fix it. Any ideas? Where is the screen time data stored on the Mac?

Edit:

The missing device eventually appeared.

Same here! I have iPhone, iPad and MacBook Air, all working between iPhone and iPad, showing all three on both, but MacBook Air only shows iPhone and MacBook Air, iPad not in drop down. Switched off screen time on all 3, left it off for a bit and re-enabled, still not showing iPad on MacBook Air after a week. All devices have been rebooted and on charge, also all on latest OS, 14.5 for iOS and Big Sur 11.3 on MacBook Air.
