Hi! Since I've bought iPhone 11 pro, I have had, let's say, some doubts regarding battery and energy efficiency. My phone often gets warm (or hot), especially when I use it on LTE, and consequently drains a lot of battery - like 20%/1hr while traveling by train. When I use it on WiFi it's much better in terms of drainage but it also sometimes gets warm. When it comes to screen time... currently (10:15 am) I have 8% of battery with 6h 40 mins screen time (I unplugged it yesterday at 6 am). Is it normal? I've seen a test on a web where 11 pro reached 10hours of web searching on LTE!

What are your screen times, let's comare.

it’s weird for me because I get either same battery or sometimes better on my iPhone 11 Pro compared the XS. Gaming is definitely more efficient, but switching between tasks and internet related tasks seem to be similar in battery life as my XS.

I’m basically conflicted with the battery life because it’s generally better overall, but not sure how much better it is right now. I’ve only had it for about a week, so I’m going to wait it out and see if I just need to return it for a another handset...

I've been trying to change my charging habits to see what my iPhone 11 Pro Max is capable of.

With my X, I used to charge overnight, and then again mid-afternoon (it would be around 40-60% by lunchtime).

With my 11 Pro Max, I charge it from 6-8am. It makes it through the day and overnight, and is around 30% the following morning when I charge it again. That's with 6-7 hours of screen time, at almost full brightness. I've been using it more, just to try to drain it ... so far it's not as amazing as I thought it would be BUT it's far better than my X was, and it's more than enough to make it 24 hours between charges.
