Apple should revert back to how screen time was in IOS 12, and that is when you open screen time it immediately asks for your passcode if turned on before able to show your screen time data, now on IOS 13 you can view all data on screen time and only if you want to change a setting does it require you to enter your passcode if u have turned it on, people can look and see all ur activities on each app without having to enter the passcode first.
