Hello, I was wondering whether it is possible to share the screen of an imac with that of a macbook and vice-versa? I have an imac and was considering getting a macbook.

Yes, there are a variety of ways, including several free ways, to do it.

- In Leopard, there is a facility to use iChat for this purpose. Here's more info on that:

- All Macs of any recent vintage (including before Leopard) have the ability to serve their screen to a remote computer. Apple previously has not made the client freely available, but you can just use any VNC client, including excellent free ones like Chicken of the VNC (cotvnc).
