Screen turns white while scrolling!!

I've attached a video of me using my iPad air 2 on the latest iOS. I was wondering if anyone else has the problem this bad????

That's odd, do you think turning on HTML view would help?

I have similar problems and I also have them on the iPad mini 2. It started with iOS 8. 8.2 has mostly fixed it though, whereas there are still some page that actually don't work or don't work properly because of this issue
