Sadly, it looks as if your graphics card crapped out. Try taking a screenshot, and if it appears like normal in the screenshot, it means you likely only have a bad connection to the screen or need a new screen, which is far cheaper than a new logic board.

If it's still got apple care, I'd back it up and take it to the apple store. They can run diagnostics on it, and can get it fixed for you without a problem, as this isn't something that's an easy DIY. Depending on the severity of the problem, they may even replace it for you.
