Screen will not show white color

First generation apple watch will not show the color white on the display any longer. It shows up as a light blue color. I have tried changing the color by using my iPhone but it does not change the color. It is too light for me to see the display when outside now. Also the display colors seem to be washed out. Is there a setting I am not using correctly or is the display going bad? I have AppleCare for another month so need to do something if it needs repairs.

I Think I'm following what you're saying. Can you post a picture or screenshot? Sounds like the display is faulty.

Maybe the brightness got changed.

Sounds like the color temperature may have drifted higher (cooler). If hardware it is likely the GPU or it could be a software bug. Have you tried re-paring?
