I have a 2015 Mac book air and the screen started to have 1 purple line down the screen - 3 months on the top 1/4 is unable to view anything as it’s white - are there any fixes they are quoting £300-500 for a new screen, does anyone have any suggestions?

You should be able to get it replaced with a used display for about $200-$300 tops. But it’s such an old MacBook Air that I’d say it’s not worth it. Time for a new M1 MacBook Air for that price.
