Screencasting software that ignores the mouse?

I am looking for a screen-casting software that will not record my mouse cursor. I need to make a very clean video and I wanted to add my own mouse over the clip later that will have straighter and cleaner movements. I am not only limited to Mac either, I am willing to deal with a PC if it means I can get this video the way I need it.
Any suggestions?
