I use Screenflow (Mac App Store) to make training videos for web-based applications on my Mac, but I need something similar for Windows, to show how the same web apps look and work under Internet Explorer.
Does anybody have a Windows screenrecording/videoediting program to recommend, say less than $150.

- ability to crop the recording to a single window (or equivalently to record only a single window in the first place)
- export to a choice of formats
- nice but optional special effects: automatic sounds for mouse clicks, enlarging the cursor, and zooming the area under cursor
