Maybe you can help me with a decision I'm going to make in the future. I have an 2011 iMac which I use for all day stuff like browsing, Facebook etc.
The 'problem' is, I also use it for light video-editing with screenflow.
Hence, since I only use it for these kinds of stuff I was wondering if I could do the computer away all together (and really be in the post PC era
) and buy the next iPad to use for the basic stuff and also for the video-editing. But basically there are two problems. First, storage, because I record large files (around 70GB, which I edit/cut and remains a file of around 2 GB). Second, I can't find a screenflow-like app for the iPad.
I read it has something to do with Apple not wanting apps running in the background. Do you guys think there will be such an app available in the future?
