I have shut down iMac without "Saving" Sreenflow recording. Immediately restarted iMac & Screenflow but am unable to locate the 1 hour recording. Is it still there "Untitled". Have used Finder with search "screenflow" but UTL, fear it is gone.
Have also Quit the recording and forgot to "save as", after the finished recording popped up onto desktop, same thing, UTL any recording. Is it really not "saved", not hiding somewhere on my iMac?
Tried finding any new file saved that day within last several minutes, nothing found.
Any suggestions for locating, recovering, and/or not forgetting to "save as" , so I don't lose these Instructional recordings I have been making?
Using latest OSX and free version of Screenflow.

Would "Quick Time" be a better option for me, in terms of not losing the recording, should I again go Grau dead?
