Just wanted to see if anyone else was experiencing the same problems with screensavers in Lion. (I'm running a 2011 Mac Mini.)
- Setting 'start screen saver' to 'never' doesn't seem to do what I expect it to do. Namely, the screensaver still kicks in (I don't know how long, because it was running when I came home from work). I went to the control panel and it was still set to 'never'.
- The computer stops working when I move the mouse to exit the screensaver. Namely, the cursor turns into the spinning beachball and the computer won't actually do anything. (For some reason I can get out of this by putting the computer to sleep and waking it up again, at which point OS X goes back to the login screen.)
Are these known bugs with Lion, or is it possible I've misconfigured something? (I did a search and didn't see anything directly applicable.)
Thanks in advance!
