Screensaver ‘loading’

Has anyone else seen an issue recently where the screensaver shows only a loading circle?

We have been using a shared photo album on our Apple TV 4K 64gb for years and never had any issues, yet in the last week or so we’re mostly shown a loading circle.
This also happens when trying to use Apple’s own screensavers.
I have tried restarting numerous times, yet this has not provided a fix. Is there a known issue, or do I need to attempt a factory reset in order to get this working again?

I don't have an answer for you, other than tvOS screen savers, other than Aerials and stock photos, have been having issues since the tvOS launch. I used to do personal photos, but it was so buggy, and every other tvOS update would break it, so I just went back to Aerials.


The only issue I have ever seen with Aerials is people complaining that new ones are not being downloaded.

Not really an issue with the Aerial itself, but there is also issues where people are running out of space and the Aerials are supposed to automatically delete to free up space, but sometimes they do not.
