Im using the default screenshot ability on Sierra assigned to a button on my mouse. I have always used the full screen screenshot (CMD + Shift + 3) and then cropped down the result to what I needed screen shotted.

So in Sierra I switched to just part of my screen (CMD + Shift + 4) Which works just fine, with one little problem.. The crosshair. On a white background the crosshair is fine, anything on the darker side... almost impossible to see where i'm starting the screenshot.

Is there any way to change the crosshair color? or would I need to switch to another program to do something like that?

Just a quick example of what i'm talking about, just a darker webpage i have up.. try taking a screenshot starting on the corner of that box. You can.. but it takes a while to find exactly where your cursor disappeared to.

Don't think you can adjust the color but you can make it larger. However you must make the Pointer larger too.
