I cant find the thread i remember there was one that told you how but can someone just tell me here how you take a screenshot?
 
Shift+Command+3 if you want it to take a fullscreen pic, replace 3 with 4 if you want a selection :)

EDIT: Oops, didn't see this was in the iPod touch forum...
