Screenshot location

I'm sure i posted this before but can't see it

Anyway

When I do a screen grab (cmd+shift+4) it drops it onto my desktop, how do I change where it drops it? ie into a folder somewhere on my hard drive? I hate my desktop being filled with the screenshots and would like a little bit more control of where they go

I'm running Lion OSX
