There is no icon on the home screen - its inside the iTunes app(s):

Say youre in line at Starbucks. You hear this amazing song wafting from the speakers. You gotta have it. Now. Tap the iTunes button on your iPhone or iPod touch, tap the Starbucks button, and voilà: You see the current song, the last 10 songs played, and featured Starbucks Collections. Preview, buy, and download whatever you like, right then and there. Or, if youre sipping away with your laptop, buy whats playing exclusively on iTunes.

Since you need 1.1.1 for the Starbucks icon, you lose the ability for the screenshot app.
I had it today in the Starbucks on Wall St in NYC. In order to see it;
1. Select T Mobile (Starbucks in-store) network.
2. Launch iTunes store.
3. See icon.
Pretty cool, but most people are in and out of the Wall Street location much too fast to bother downloading anything.

Lol, funniest thing i've read in awhile, you could maybe do a video out into a convertor box though, but knowing Apple and past iPods w/ video out they probaly crippled it to only output when video is playing, anybody know?
