Resolved Screenshot pics go to Desktop

I'm using a M1 MBP and am on Big Sur.
I know there's a Big Sur section but I think this is more of a general macOS question.
At the moment with the screenshot keyboard shortcuts the generated picture goes to the Desktop.
Can this be changed?
I've looked around and can't see where the default destination is mentioned.
