Screenshots iPad OS 16.1

On iPad Mini 6 with iPad OS 16.1, using finger, swiping towards the center of the screen from the lower left corner of the screen gives you a screenshot.

This also works on my grandson’s iPad Mini 5 with iPad OS 16.1. Please don’t tell him I was fooling with his tablet.

I have not been able to find anything on this neat and easy feature. Thank you to whoever did this.

Quick search shows it was at 15.2, maybe even before this OS

You are correct. However, I never heard about it until now. I like it a lot.

Nice! Thanks for the heads-up. It works wonderfully on an Air 5th Gen - - - I didn’t know about this.
