Apologies if this has been asked before or recently but in the last few days, I've noticed that both Firefox AND Safari are blocking me from accessing ANY websites on my iPhone during downtime and I'm wondering if this is related to the screen time bug or if this is something else?

I dont have any domains or websites blocked during downtime. I only block specific apps (FB, IG and TT) from 4am to 3pm. However, whenever I try to access a webpage from Firefox or Safari on my iPhone, I get this:

I've double and triple checked that both Firefox and Safari are in the list of "Allowed" apps but this has me completely stumped. Ironically, this only started happening after I installed the newest update for Firefox but still, this doesnt make any sense when none of the screen time or down time settings are setup to block any websites in the first place.
