Myself (organizer) and another adult (parent) manage screen time on two accounts for children that constitute a Family Account. On one of the child accounts whenever an update or new purchase is requested, either automatically or manually, the child iPad requests the passwords of my account (organizer), the parent account and the child's account multiple times. Sometimes we are prompted enter the passcode of the accounts several times each before being prompted to enter the subsequent accounts' password several times. This can lead to needing to enter a password on the child account iPad a dozen times or more. In the case of updating multiple apps this can be countless passwords entered to get through the process.

We want the passcode protection and approval as indicated on screen time managed account, but it seems we should only need to enter one organizer or parent password one time. It's so convoluted and I can't get to the root cause of the issue. I just went through the settings again and I don't see anything different between the child account with the issue and the child account that does not have the issue. I've taken screen time off of the problem account and set it up again to no avail. All of our Apple products are running the latest software, which is typical of how we manage our Apple products.

I am stymied. Does anyone have any suggestions or have familiarity with this issue? Is there any other information that I could offer to the community to better articulate the nature of my problem? Thank you.
