Screentime showing I am using my mac 24 hours a day?

Hi everyone, I have an odd problem with screentime that started a few weeks ago. I liked using screentime to know my average daily use, but now it shows I am on my mac 24 hours a day.

It says that it is the app Tips that is running constantly making screentime think I am using my mac 24/7. Is there anyway to disable tips so that screentime goes back to normal and shows my actual useage?

I have the same problem with settings on my 2015 MBP, my running theory is that because the battery no longer holds a charge and the pram battery/capacitor thing runs out screen time bugs
