Screw dark mode my Apple TV has pink mode!

Has anybody else seen this bug... then what if I switch it to light mode it's like this bluish lime green color.
I've seen it a couple of times on mine a couple of months back. I just restarted it. It's an HDMI handshake issue most likely.
Yep, most likely an HDMI issue. Doing something that requires the HDMI handshake to renegotiate will likely fix it (turn something off and back on, change inputs on TV away and back, etc.)
It could also be a bad HDMI cable, so you may want to try a different one if the first suggestion doesn't work.
