Screwed up Mac Pro

So I bought a Mac Pro last summer and never really used it. I used it a couple times but couldn't get bootcamp installed so it was pointless to me. So I tried to turn it on and I get a grey screen with a blinking white text cursor, like in a terminal. If I hold down option to select a drive it plays the apple bong, and then plays the last half of it over and over again. If I remove the hard drive it will boot up to the blinking no hard drive indicator. Any thoughts?

Mine did that once with my monitor plugged into the mDP of the 7950. Try turning off the monitor or unplugging it, should boot up.
