Screwed up my VNC

Hey all,

I have a Mac mini which I use VNC to connect to (there's no monitor attached). I tried to use SwitchResX to create a custom resolution but in doing so I've screwed up the VNC "monitor" profile. It's unusable :(

If I plug a monitor in it all springs back to life as its now using a new profile. However, if I unplug it again it switches back to the old profile and it all goes wrong again.

Any idea how I can delete any record of any settings for the VNC "monitor" so I can use it again?
