Screwed Up Text in Safari

This just started happening today. Some websites like YouTube and eBay are showing up wrong in Safari. The text is all jumbled and mixed together, and some letters aren't being shown. Has anyone else seen this?

I saw that on a blogspot blog yesterday. I tried to resize the font and cleared the cache and bookmarks but nothing changed. I've only seen it on one blogspot blog, so....

Has there been an update to this? I am having this same issue with all websites and even my Mail program...
