I recently bought a 2005 G5 Mac which I am quite happy with. I used a firewire to import video from my Sony TRV-11 DV camera into Imovie. After playing around with the interface I was able to successfully select my DV camera as the video source.

Now I am unable to use the built in I sight camera. Whenever selecting PhotoBooth the application says that no camera is attaced. I have disconnected all firewires and restarted several times but there seems to be no way to have my Mac recognize the built in camera.

I have reattached the external DV camera to see if it would give me the option of re-selecting the embedded camera, but I have had no luck.

How do I go back to "turning on" the ISight camera as the default video recorder?

Very frustrated....don't want this to sour my 1st time Mac experience.
