In my haste to order the PB iPhone this morning, I accidentally selected the AT&T Next Up plan (the one with the +$5/month) instead of the regular AT&T Next Plan. I can't cancel (right) now and new orders for the PB iPhone are now shipping later than the 23rd.

Can I cancel that with AT&T? I plan to do the $800 trade-in and I'm hoping anything I do from here won't screw that up.

Thanks!

Once things settle down from crazy of launch. Go into a retail store and have them cancel the $5 dollar fee. I was also successfully able to do it from my att app but it was once and I forgot exactly where. Maybe under manage installments.
But a retail store can delete the next up without doing a return etc. If you can’t figure it out from app.

Thanks. I should have looked closer. Who would have thought they would default to having me pay more?!?!?!

That is the NEXT program, there is no more 24 mo option, you pay $5 a month when you pay half the phone, you can upgrade

Of course it’s done on purpose. I’m sure they catch a few people doing it and not realizing it.

I ordered 2 from myatt app feel like if I remember the app had it defaulted off and you had to opt in to the $5 dollars
