I have a 2012 MacBook Air running OS ELO Capitan 10.11.6
It has a mind of its own and I have difficulty doing some things I want to do
Will only run Pogo part way and then freezes, Quick Time has movies on that I can neither delete or run movies, we have recently moved from a home in a small town to a condo in a major city with a very large decrease in speed but using same server
Is there anything I can do myself or do I need to send it in for a fix I am some what computer literate but not a lot
Help and thank you

I concur with Audit13, I have a couple friends who claim they've had numerous issues on El Capitan as well (especially freezing). Upgrading to a newer version will likely resolve those issues.

El Capitan is quite well behaved on my Macbook Air 2012...was getting a few spinning wheels in safari every now and then....and some delayed responses while booting, shutting down etc.

I reset the NVRAM and nothing has happened since....costs nothing to try it.
